Anish Gupta, Founder & Managing Partner of Chambers of Anish Gupta, who is a litigator and arbitration counsel with over 13 years of experience in representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums across the country. Prior to establishing his independent practice, he served as a Partner at AnantLaw and was previously associated with leading law firms including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and L&L Law Offices. He has acted in several high-stakes domestic and international arbitrations, notably on behalf of National Thermal Power Corporation Limited and its subsidiaries. Anish has also regularly assisted eminent legal officers such as Mr. Tushar Mehta, Solicitor General of India; Ms. Maninder Acharya and Mr. Aman Lekhi, Additional Solicitors General of India; and Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Senior Advocate and former Attorney General of India, in complex matters involving environmental law, public sector disputes, service law, and coal allocation.
